The difference is that the $ africard is in dollar nomination and cannot be used for withdrawal but can be for verification while the Naira Africard is in Naira denomination and can be used for both verification and withdrawal.

If you're to withdraw from your PayPal account, the money will be withdrawn to your Africard directly and you don't need to Link africard to any other bank as it's a stand alone card itself in affiliation with UBA.
The withdrawal process is as simple as:
